Maloo Ute Exhaust - Mild Steel Auto Xcess warrants at time of packing & sending goods that they are in a perfect undamaged condition please check all goods at time of receipt to make sure they are undamaged. If damage has occurred please notify us straight away by calling 03 9350 1977.

Orders placed with Auto Xcess are usually processed and shipped on the same day (dependent on payment method. If paying by cheque, direct bank deposit or money order goods will not be dispatched until funds have been cleared.) It is for these reasons that refunds are difficult to guarantee.
Components X-Force Stainless steel is generally covered by a 5 year warranty (see note).
X-Force Mild Steel is generally covered by a 2 year warranty (see note).

Certain race or dyno conditions do not apply to this general warranty.

Warranty applies to X-Force products fitted or specific work carried out on our premises. It does not extend to other pre-existing issues with your vehicle, call or email for further clarification

Goods must be fitted by a qualified automotive tradesperson or warranty may be voided.

Our Warranty does not cover, nor shall be liable for: repair cost, replacement cost of labour, or freight cost in the event of a defect having occurred. Provided original Auto Xcess proof of purchase is submitted by the original owner, Auto Xcess will only be liable for replacement of this item or equal value & only after examination & determination that the unit has defects in material or manufacturer workmanship.

This warranty excludes commercial vehicles & vehicles fitted with LPG.

Warranty does not extend to gaskets, seals or nuts & bolts as well as modification, alteration, improper or incorrect installation and / or misuse of product.

We can however, offer you a refund under the following conditions:
Subaru Liberty GT Custom System If the X-Force product has not yet been shipped then a full refund will be provided to the original purchaser. Call 03 9350 1977 as soon as possible to alert us.
If the X-Force product has been shipped, then a refund will only be available only under the following conditions:
  Refunds are made to the original purchaser only, provided the returned goods are accompanied by the original Auto Xcess proof of purchase sent with item. We do not honour refunds on X-Force products purchased from other entities including (but not limited to) online resellers.
Subaru Impreza Non Turbo Refunds are not provided simply for change of mind, however are provided under the terms & conditions of refunds in accordance with Victorian Consumer Affairs guidelines. i.e. Faulty, Not as described, Not fit for purpose indicated or incorrect goods supplied / received.

A Valid refund reason must be supplied.

To obtain refund under above guidelines the original X-Force product & copy of original proof of purchase must be returned to: Auto Xcess, Factory 8 / 159 Newlands Road, Coburg North Victoria 3058 intact & in a new, resalable condition at the sender's expense.

Any incurred return freight charges are the customers responsibility.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the purchase date. Refund amount may be subject to a restocking fee dependant on circumstances.

Any incurred credit card processing fees, fitting or labour costs and / or freight charges do not form part of the applicable refund.

We reserve the right not to refund correctly supplied goods.
